  Hmm that seems to contradict the WCC, COAS regarding hovering.  That
sounds more like a levitating ship or something.  Also using an anchor
might be problematic given my model of gravity. Does it say anything about
how the rock is secured?  Perhaps the definition of "Fastened" needs a
little work.
