As someone else pointed out, the reason the WSC is listed alphabetically
is that more customers wanted it that way. Also, making it into one
book, rather than four, would be ludicrous. The WSCs occupy 288 pages
each, albeit in a slightly smaller format than most softbacks (6.375" x
10.25" as opposed to 8.375" x 10.75" - BTW, I HATE those bloody
fractions you use in inches... give me a proper A4 format any time), so
one book compiling all four would be roughly 1000 pages, and cost $100.
