Clirtalere Addenda:
While much of the flora and fauna is very similar, even identical
to that of our Earth, there are quite a few exceptions. Most of the
exceptions havc been described in other settings, including Greyhawk and
the Forgotten Realms. Incredibly, there have never been reports of dragons
of any kind anywhere on the planet.
Red wendancer leaves are about 250 gp, gold leaves are generally
worth about 1,000 gp, blue wendancer leaves have been known to sell for up
to 10,000 gp (never less than 5,000 gp) and the seeds are not usually sold.
The poles do get precipitation at irregular intervals. The average
yearly rainfall at the poles is about forty inches. This average decreases
the further away from the poles that you get.
The poles are in a perpetual state of Dusk. The shadow of the
planet is muted by the reflections of Broy Lirh to the point where night
never actually falls, but neither does it get any brighter. This is true
also for the area of Clirtalere which happens to be on the opposite side of
Broy Lirh. The atmosphere of Clirtalere is very thick, and much of the
reflected light diffuses enough that surface dwellers can rarely discern
the nature of their peculiar habitat. Most of them never watch the sky as
the only object visible is unbearably bright to look at.

have fun
Paul
