Crossover Question

I am preparing to run the Greyhawk adventure "Against the Giants" The
final adventure Q1, reveals that Lolth, the Drow Goddess has been
preparing to invade Oerth.  Now, in Greyspace, it is mentioned that the
Drow have a secret base on the dark side of Oerth's moon (I believe its
Kule, but I don't have the supplement in front of me). Now I have
decided that IMC, the drow are planning to launch a space invasion as
well as one from the Underdark. Of course, I am familiar with the many
Drow class ships existing and plan to use them in their armada. My
questions regards Lolth's ship (or at least that commanded by her
avatar) which exists in the last module. I am looking for recommendation
on how to make it a a great command ship and converting it to
Spelljammer stats. Possibly even creating a special helm for the avatar.
Whatcha folks think?
