 WOW... I never saw that before !!! However... 50% recovery of misses is
better than 0% :)  The destroyed on a hit rule has never been used in my
campaign.  That little rule does explain the scarcity of Magical arrows
quite a bit .

 The only rule we used was the 50% loss/break sentence.
