   Yes but the arrows are usually recoverable.  So cusomers will be
willing to pay for them.  On the other hand bullets have to be "remade" to
be re-used and this probably will destroy the enchantment anyway (Unless
its like the JFK assassination "magic bullet" and does not deform at
impact. And if it is like this damage should be reduced while improving
accuracy since the lead shot causes more damage but is less accurate as it
deforms. This is why some ammo is Jacketed to control the deformation rate.)

Magic Bullets would be much more cost intensive than silver bullets which
can be re-made w/o destroying the bullets nature.

  So ... while rare I would think one could find Bullets of slaying or
wounding would be more commonly found than a simple +1 bullet. And I would
expect that finding a magical bullet would be extremely rare.
