    I do believe Ryan is referring to the Communication Talisman
on my site, the Arcane Space Division (part of my overall gaming site,
Tarkas Brain Lab IV).  It is a device that draws power from the helm
itself, and thus only works when the helm is active.
    BTW, thanks for the good word, Ryan!
