	Well....I didn't say it *couldn't* happen; it is still easily worked in
(off world Reigar destroy the world they had settled on).

	Actually, my thoughts is that the Reigar are but one race native to
this "demi-plane" (term used loosely, since it probably should be,
somehow, connected more with the Astral).  Just like Pit Fiends or
Abishai are individual sub-races native to Baator (Nine Hells).  The
Reigar are the the only ones that have made it into Arcane space.  Maybe
a shape-shifter race should be included as well (precursors of the
dopplegangers?).
