	I rather see the Reigar as a declining group.  Perhaps they are 
desperate for the creativity of others to keep them interested in life.  
Perhaps their helms steal ideas from the minds of users, including those 
who make highly creative usage of spells.  I also don't like the idea of 
connecting the Reigar and Arcane.  Let's keep them as two separate plot 
complications.
