Ok, though my "answers" are just sort of opinions.

I do think that they do not worship the orc gods, but have gods of
their own.

That depends on how you define "god". As far as I know Dukagsh is
being worshipped by the scro and so that makes him a god in my book,
but since he is dead and has not got any powers, you might say that
he is not a god.
I think that "clerics" of Dukash would not be able to cast spells /
work miracles.

I do not know. Probably, because in Roleplaying games evil people
usually worship evil gods.
