There's a group of NPC thri-kreen who do nothing but hunt and kill
dragons IMC.  They have necklaces made with the teeth of drgons they
have personally taken a part in slaying.  When a thief stole one of
them, they caught up with him, slapped a ring of regeneration on him,
and took turns eating chunks of him until his mind snapped.
