ADMIN: New List Administrator

	OK, the votes have been counted and double-checked.  It was rather close,
but the new list administrator is...
	<drum roll>

	Leroy Van Camp III

	<insert applause here>
	Those of you from the Mystra list know that he knows how to run one of
these bears, and if he's willing to take on another list, he obviously has
better time management skills than Eric and I do.  %}
	Thanks go out to everone who ran.  And on that front, everyone on the
ballot actually had a good showing, so anyone who ran may want to consider
becomming monitors.  <hint hint>  How Leroy wants to handle monitors will
be his call, but I would assume he's going to use a system similar to what
he uses for Mystra.
	Eric is in the middle of a career shift at the moment, so he's going to be
out of site for a while.  But he'll be back.  Me?  I'm going to concentrate
more on the web site.  But I'll still be around.
	And speaking of the web site, "Anacostia" *might* vanish without warning.
But don't worry, I'm setting up the new site, so if it does suddenly
vanish, it's only because it's moved to it's new quarters.  In that case, a
relay document will be put in place, so you won't be lost in the flow for
long.

	It's been real, and it's been fun.  Sometimes it was even real fun.  But
as I've said before, I'm burned out.  That being said, I'm off to contact
the system administrator and turn the car keys over to Leroy.  And this
ends my tenure as primary list administrator for Spelljammer@????.com.
	You know where to find me, and whatever you do...
