I've avoided this whole debate until now...but what is wrong with
simply adding weapons to the MOW?  The descsription given for the MOW
is an 'out-of-the-box' model.  Any IEN captain who was willing to get
a demerit or so for unconventional tactics could easily slap some
more weaponry on the wings, or underside mount them.

Yes, this means that an effective MOW is not the 'standard' one.  But
if there's anyone out there who doesn't feel that the people who did
the original ship designs should be shot, feel free to speak up....
