Negative AC's

And I was pointing out you were incorrect.  I don't have to be an elf
(or anyone else) with a 19 dex to get a -4 AC with full plate and
shield.  An 18 dex (attainable by all) is sufficient.

I can see a -5 with a dex of 18, 19, or 20.  Get full plate and single
weapon fighting style (from the CFHB I believe).

You are correct.  I was merely pointing out that 18, 19, and 20 dex's
all have the same AC adjustment.

Neither am I.  I never even bought S&P.  Druids and thieves are only
limited in armr if they want to use their full abilities.  Just like a
wizard can dress up in full plate as long as he doesn't want to be
able to cast spells.  There is no mystical law that says the character
can't physically put on the armor, just that they lose a lot (most or
all) of their class functions if they step out of the bounds given.
Thieving skills and spellcasting are prime examples of abilities that
are lost.

See above.  It's not weapon specialization as you mean it it's one of
those optional weapon fighting styles from the complete fighter's
handbook.
