Damage (Was crossbows)

Called shots, IIRC, do more damage. Alright, you do your called shot at the
belly, the person half rolls, taking a step back, partially blocks with his
sword, and you're slightly off balance as you swing your weapon.
Now, had you been doing a called shot at an amateur (0-level for instance),
you'd have split him wide open- but this guy is good. Especially considering
that some 90% of the populace never surpasses 0th level.
