	Hmmmmm, er, ok, I forgot what those were supposed to be.  Like I said,
I haven't worked on if for a while.  I think the magnetizers were
ballist-like weapons that hits a metal ship with a energy pulse that
causes it to become "magnetized."  Makes moving aboard a metal ship a
pain in the butt.  Disruptors were, I think, supposed to cause failures
in the helm.  Something like -1 SR per hit; each distruption lasting
like 10 turns (rounds, whatever).  I don't think I have stats on them
still, but I could make some up next week; I'll be too busy over the
weekend (working) to make them.
