Well oak has a weight of 1188lbs per cubic yard.  I'd say only about a
5th to a quarter of a given ship's volume is solid so here's a wild
guess:

    1SJT =100cuyards = 118800lbs/5 = 23,760 lbs -- 29,700 lbs

    Modern yacht from a dealer spec ~ 1.2 SJT  weighs = 30,000lbs
