In a message dated 98-06-01 20:29:06 EDT, you write:
<< The anti-personal attack would be carried out by giving the fighter a
weapon that fired magic missile spell which is fired at a high rate of
fire. And the Anti-Capital ship attack by launching a torpedo type weapon
that would be propelled by a modified Gust of Wind spell. The torpedo would
carry a large magic type explosive that would carry a helm seeker type
device. >>
Too much magic for some campaigns. You could mount arbalests on the
rails for anti-personel, or use a jettison. For the anti-ship attacks, a
torpedo is cool, but maybe with a mundane firing mechanism? Like a ballista
or a bombard? Just some thoughts, because I know not everyone likes to have a
lot of magic in their campaigns.
