Another way to to set the Intelligence and Wisdom for PC Illithiads is
found the in DM's Option: High Level Campaign's Book.  According to
tables 9 and 10, a mind flayer's scores could range from Int 13-23 and
Wis 14-21, with the average flayer having both Int & Wis of 17.
