PC Race List, part 2

I have noted a propensity to make all campaigns settings 
humanocentric (primary race being humans).  Spelljammer seems to 
follow suite in most cases.  Even the Rock of Bral and the Astomundi 
Cluster are populated primarily by humans.  As explorers venture 
further out in the phlogiston, one would expect to find worlds where 
the dominate race is not human (or an opposition race such as Illithids 
or Beholders).   I hope the race list will provide some ideas for the 
DM's/writers that wish to populate their worlds with something a 
little different.  Or at the least, it is nice to know all the souces 
if your running an open-ended SJ or PS campaign and are willing to 
allow your players a wider range of PC races. 

BTW, Did I miss any?
