    Well, you may be arrogant, but your opinion's not.  :)
    I, too think the CBoPsi is an excellent system - with a few warts
(They really needed to assign level prereqs to a few of those
powers, as well as allow a save against more of the powers).
I have no idea why they felt making it work more like the normal
combat was a good thing.  I love the way Psyker combat works,
with the contest of rolls and tangents.  It made it seem odd,
different, which is how psionic combat should be, I feel.
    The system of harbingers and something-or-others
introduced in The Will & The Way (available for free on TSR's
web site!) were a cool addition, adding a lot of color.
    Speaking of Psykers, anyone know where the most recent
version of the net.book of psionics is available?
