Didn't know about the timeline in _Domains of Dread_, I'll have to give it
a look.  _Beyond the Moons_, the DL/SJ prequel to _Into the Void_ is set
five years after the War of the Lance.

My Greyhawk/FR connection is basically the first Wizard's Three article
which places the beginning of Vecna Reborn just after the FR novel _Parched
Sea_.
