I liked this idea also and introduced "good" scro into my Astromundi
Cluster campaign.  Munigur (the Astromundi Calidian god of Peace)
took the same actions as Eldath in Realmspace and "rescued" an
abandoned group of scro children (the parents were involved in a
failed battle) before the elves could find them.   IMC, these scro
are peaceful, but not nieve.  There are warriors among them, but they
have the ethics of a paladin.  Like renegade drow, these noble scro find
that members of their own species are usually their worst enemies.
