	<activating hipwaders +1, +2 vs Bullshit> The ship has a magical
continuity.  The "aura" of the ship if you will.  The helm emphisizes this
aura, and it interacts with The Very Fabric Of Space Itself.  Thusly, the
various sails, oars, etc cause a discontinuity in space, when their
positions are changed the discontinuity causes a ripple effect in space,
allowing very tight turns, etc.
	This is almost identical to the way they would react if they were
interacting with air or water on a normal boat.
