	According to Ast. Cluster, flitters take a week to grow and man-o-wars
a year.  That's actually not too bad for a middle ages tech level.

	Scro tend to use metal only ships, I've noticed.  Here's a great tatic
against them: dimension door over a small horde of VERY hungry rust
monsters, sit back, break out the popcorn, and watch the fun...that
would definately slow the green skins down and force them to completely
rework their strategy, if not stop their war machine dead in its tracks.
