	I'd say that the Orc stuff came from their gods.  Sorta Orc quest spells.
Not a good explination, but I think TSR sorta messed up by not explaining
how the Orcs devleoped the Witchlight Marauders.

	I don't *think* the Arcane would develop WM for the orcs, but ya never
know.  Perhaps the orcs got assistance from some ancient race which feels
that conflict is the only way for advencement.  Naah, that'd be too much
like Bab5
