	I suppose that I could explain it away that way, but I prefer to assume
that there just hasn't been enough research into SJ to make an advance yet.
 Then someone comes up with an idea like Fast Helms, and the technology is
pushed forward another notch.
	My campeign is involving advances in magic, possibly reflecting a growing
mage population on most worlds...
