    Found under the Spirit Warrior entry.  Spirit warriors are essentially 
the powered armour of the Elven Imperial Fleet.

    While making my own occasional modifications to the Elven Imperial
Fleet 
for my own campaigns, I too came to dislike the undead aspect of the Spirit

Warrior, and so wrote up my own version the it.  
    I took an approach similar to the one above, making them crafted from
the 
same material as Elven ships, grown form starfly plants.  Once they have 
grown, an elven shaman (a la the Shaman supplement) summons an insect
spirit to bond with armour, creating the Spirit Warrior.  The elf that will
use that
suit spends several months in training, getting to know the insect spirit, 
forming a bond over this time.  These elves are also called Spirit Warriors
    Although anyone can try to use the suit, only the elf that has bonded
with
that suit and spirit can use it to full affect.  Also, the suit is the
insect spirit's
body, and can move it about if it is unpiloted, or the pilot is dead or 
unconcious.
    IMC, the Spirit Warriors are still a part of the EIF, though fairly
rare.
