Of course, I say again, and this time just as a note, not as an argument:
On Faerun, it's the exact opposite.  Moon Elves are mostly willing to help
out someone of any race.  Sunrise Elves, on the other delicate, tapered
hand, believe that they are the only true Tel'Quessir, and consider all
races, even other elven subraces, to be nothing more than gilding dross...
