Given this in many folklore Elves are portrayed as Evil. Now I model the
humanoids in a more realistic fashion. They all have there different
beliefs some good and some evil (a great many falling some where
in-between) There Nations, tribes or set the tone for wither as a group
they have policies that would resemble good, evil,lawful or chaotic.
This does not mean that all citizens believe the same as the nation.

You have this turned around the IEN was more like the Nazis and the
Goblins were more like the Jews.
