I don't believe the flitter has a non-magical helm. The only reference I
can think of is in CoAS or maybe LoTV where it says that "depowered"
flitters have their helms removed and replaced by more conventional
propulsion. To me, though, that doesn't say "nonmagical" (since nonmagical
helms can't even take off), that says "Fly variant."
