Disappearing Krynn?

Krynn phasing in and out was my idea, but I can't take the credit for the
reality shift idea.  I got that from a Dragon magazine article several
years ago, the one in which the Basic D&D version of Spelljamming was
introduced.  I don't remember which issue, though.
