Actually, elves are capable of casting High Magic, a form of 10-th level spell casting, which is fully covered in the Elves of Evermeet accessory. Some of these spells are fairly awesome, as are the elven artifacts and magical items / spells described within. Well worth the look for anyone interested in Elves. Sweet water and light laughter until next !
