Not quite accurate. There are two other ways I know to go beyond the standard SR speed ceiling. The first: the Thayvian quad ship can attain twice normal spelljamming velocites, but is still restricted to a maximum tactical SR of 10. Also, Netherese spelljammers were / are ? capable of sustaining SR's of 20 and double spelljamming speed's. Impressive wot ? Sweet water and light laughter until next !
