When Sean Reynolds announced the contest, he neglected to mention the technical aspects of the design proposals. I think a survey of sorts is in order regarding the pixel size, byte size, and color schemes each webmaster would prefer. I made my designs the size I thought would be adequate for a Spelljammer index page with a black background. I too think the other designs are a bit big, but I'd think you'd want to fill a third of the width of a large monitor. Still, these designs are for everyone's Spelljammer pages and how each individual designs it is up to them. I can easily customize the image for you if you require it, and I'm sure the other designers can do the same. Please don't despair. Computer graphics are highly malleable things. So, what graphics format, pixel size and file size do you SJ webmasters require? I'd be happy to adjust my submissions if there is consensus. yours, Jason +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Jason Pagura illustrator/designer (408)255-3596 | | 10581 Stokes Ave. jpagura@?????????.net | | Cupertino, CA 95014 http://home.earthlink.net/~jpagura/ | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+
