Yes, I agree that one could spelljam to Cerilia's crystal sphere.  As to
the premise that magic is weaker there, this is not precisely true.  Magic
functions slightly differently, as the world is a source of mana from which
true wizards can drue power to cast spells., but this is only used when
casting AWESOMELY powerful magics cabable of being used be only a rare few.
