	Well from what I understand reading the Spelljammer material.
The Elves get their helms from the Arcane like most other races. I fact
the races that have created there own helms are the , Beholders, Neogi,
Dwraves, Tinker Gnomes, and Goblins. Now the Goblind might have gotten
their helms from someone else but I remeber reading an artical about the
UW were towards the end of the war the Goblins had created a helm. I
believe it is a lifejammer but I am not sure. I don't remeber which UW
it was.
