	Elves are *far* from "an all powerful entity", and they have much
better things to do than dominate all space races.  IMC, the elves didn't
even *have* an armed navy until the goblins came.  Besides, arcane aren't
even from this plane of existance, so why should they care where the elves
go?  As long as they buy helms, that is... :)

	Is he located in any particular sphere?  How big an operation does
he run?
