This explanation could be used to explain how the goblins and their allies
made it into space. With a huge war breaking out, the Arcane would stand to
make a huge profit from both sides selling helms and ships(pporly made
ships in some cases). They could also lend advisors to train the goblinkin
in the ways of helm operation. In any case, this would fit in with the
'sell anything, anywhere to anyone' motive of the Arcane.
