	This is a cool idea.  I never really thought about the *other*
enemies of the EIN...  Ooo, I just got an idea.  What if the arcane, in
their infinite mercantile wisdom, were the ones who uplifted the goblins!
(As the ferengi say, "War is good for profits.")
