TSR is unavailable for 2 weeks

This is just a note to let you know that TSR employees are going to be
essentially unavailable for the next two weeks.  This week is Gen Con,
and the week after that we'll be moving out to the WotC offices in
Washington.  If you send us email or have a question, please be prepared
to not get an answer until two weeks from now (plus a little time to
catch up on the backlog).
