I agree that Krynnspace, Greyspace, and Realmspace are not major spheres.
IMC the known spheres are still recovering from the collapse of the last
great spelljamming empires several generations ago.  The three spheres in
question lie on the frontier of known space, beyond which lies empty flow
(and beyond that the region of space where the Vodoni originated.) They
are considered major spheres by the elves due to the large groundling
elven nations in each.  The  EIN takes a rather patronizing view of these
nations and keeps a close watch on them.  Hence their rather heavy
presence in three spheres that don't really have any major space-faring
nations in them.
