Ah, now I understand why you have these deluded notions of being
correct. You just don't know what you are talking about. Reorx is
the god of creation & smithing. He is venerated by dwarves, but did
not create them. Tinker gnomes were created from disobediant human
servants of Reorx. The kender and dwarves of Krynn were created by
the greystone of gargath (sp?) in one of its many fits of magical
chaos. A number of other races, including the minotaurs were created
     the same way.

Their "thriving" on toril since time immemorial is something I would
have to see doccumented. Their presence there is easily explained--they
have had a long time for them to accidentaly invent a dimensional
gate...spelljamming isn't the only way to travel the worlds of the prime
     material plane.

In a message dated 97-08-01 09:20:10 EDT, you write:

<< No, tinker gnomes are a creation of Reorx. The krynnish god created them
from
human servants. It is said reorx came from another sphere originally, and
he
may have cursed other followers, turning them into tinker gnomes. The only
VERIFIED source of tinker gnomes is krynn. Of course you can have them
anywher
eyou want since they have spelljamming ships & if anyone can survive a crash

landing it is a timker gnome. >>

He may have created them on Krynn, but they have thrived on toril long before
the first known spelljamming ship appeared. This leads me to conclude that
another god created them on Toril, and perhaps other powers created them else
where. My question now is why would Reorx, the god of dwarves and smithing,
create the minoi? Please keep in mind I am not familiar with the DL stuff.
Anyway, if the minoi are officially krynn natives, but have thrived else
where why do the kender appear to be stuck? As for me I'll stick to my breed
of planar tinker gnomes that have been causing so much trouble lately, and
the gnomes of my world that have decided to start a pants stealling raid
through the local human settlements.
