i didn't havre a level variation when the wmages used the helm, but did
have the possibility of a surge each time the helm was used, with the helm
as the target. After all, the wmage is challenging his magic into the helm
as a motive force, which should bring te same chanced for mishap. Some
cool things resulted for this...
