Actually, I think the AOE of Reverse Gravity is pretty big, that is, it
reaches quite an altitude. While I do not have the PHB here, IIRC it could
waste most non-flying creatures. Groundling artillery should be the first
target for a RG-wearing spelljammer to overfly, thereby wrecking the
artillery (as long as it isn't bolted to the ground).
