What is this???  I have been out of the TSR loop for a while.  Is this
standard practice?  No wonder TSR wins so often.  This is reminicent of
the Federal agencies (i.e. INS et al) using their influence to get
Clinton elected.  A reminder to vote would be in order, a list of what
we should vote for is a little,  creepy.
