AFAIK scro limit is 5 as a priest, 5 as a mage. Which means that at most
they would attain 9th level for having exceptional stats. Now, while 9th
level is IMHO the time when a wizard (and to a lesser extent priest)
begins to come into his own, this will be rare. So I'd say they have
mostly lower-level spellcasters, level five and under.
