  Which puts 'em squarely in the scro camp, if the others in the camp can
stomach working beside those of the elven species.  Skull and Crossbones as a
detailed drow "nation" on an antique armada.  The goblinoids, weak on magic,
may need them as our world's equivalent of Electronic Counter Counter
Measures to counter the elven prowess in that area.
  Insectare spymasters according to the novels seem to be manipulating the
scro's war to their own secret ends as they provide the scro with
intelligence.
  Here's a wildcard (besides aboleth of course) pirates of Gith!  They can
almost match the elven cloaking abilities.
