Skull and Crossbones as a detailed drow "nation" on an antique armada. The goblinoids, weak on magic, may need them as our world's equivalent of Electronic Counter Counter Measures to counter the elven prowess in that area. Insectare spymasters according to the novels seem to be manipulating the scro's war to their own secret ends as they provide the scro with intelligence. Here's a wildcard (besides aboleth of course) pirates of Gith! They can almost match the elven cloaking abilities.
