I have used semi organized Neogi IMC, mostly as subordinates of Illithids in
dealings with the Tenth Pit for slaves.  They deal with the pick ups and
delivery of slaves from the underside of Bral to asteroid camps for the Mind
Flayers' food.  But the chaotic nature of the neogi are going to get them
into trouble IMC soon enuff, as they are starting to not arrive with all of
their slave cargo intact...As soon as it becomes too troublesome to use the
Neogi(i.e. when the losses start outweighing the food supply :), then they
will once more be a non organized force in the realmsways
