	(!)  Your dwarves sure don't have much racial pride.  Admitting
that there's something humans can do better?  Come on... :)

	And the reason that groundling elves got the reputation for being
so reactive is that all the proactive elves left! :)  At least that's my 
current explination for why the IEN is a natural extension of the "typical"
elven view.
